WHAT'S BEEN GOING ON?

Hey all!

Happy Easter and hope you’re doing well. Things are good here.

This is just a quick update on how things are going. I’ve been struggling with controlling the humidity in the climate control room, but God seems to be answering that problem. I think we’re on track as far as other things go though.  Michael knows the secretary of the NGO board so he is helping put in our application. It ought to go through easily enough.

The land deal is moving along. The local board is sticking with its earlier decision and so now we go back to the big lady in Kampala and have the Mpigi land boards lawyer explain it to her, which will hopefully be the end of that.

Health is good and the guys are doing well. The necks are 1⁄2 way, the bodies are 1⁄2 way.  This week we’ll be working on the rosette and then bracing the top and back and gluing the body all together.  I hope we’ll have the bodies bound by the end of the week.

Last week I bought another step down transformer which can work at either 50Hz OR 60Hz, as the motors on the machines are suffering whenever the air conditioner kicks in. I also bought a 220v used motor for the stationary sander. It was soooo bad, and now it kicks butt.

Lastly I am really excited that Irena may be able to make it out here so all in all things are going well.

Thanks for all your continued support people and catch you soon.
